Match Format

1. Group round robin followed by elimination

2. Seed players are set based on 2019 standing or player UTR

3. Each player is set to play at least five matches

4. There are three weeks to finish a round robin match

5. There are four weeks to finish an elimination match

6. A home player is set for each match by a random draw

7. Play at a time and a location agreed by both players

8. Group coordinator can extend match deadline due to weather or other tournament conflict

9. Player can postpone match one week due to family vacation, business trip or injury.
   Any further delay needs to be agreed by both opponent and coordinator

Winner Award

1. Champion: Qualification of Beijing Year-end Final, Trophy, Medal, $80

2. Runner-up: Medal, $40

3. Semi-final: Medal, $20

​

Two player parties, one in summer for mid-season, the other at the end for trophy presentation, will be held for all players.
